Parkour


If your child dreams of swinging like Spiderman or jumping like Tarzan, parkour is just the thing! Parkour is a non-competitive sport that teaches students to move freely over any terrain using only their bodies, primarily through running, jumping, and climbing.

 

In parkour training, students develop the fundamental attributes required for such movement, which include functional strength and fitness, balance, spatial awareness, agility, coordination, control and creative thinking. These skills will go with them even beyond the gym, giving them valuable tools that they’ll use for life.

SCHEDULE

Tumbling


Students learn speed and agility, balance and specific skills. They also enjoy some structured play time where they can develop their athletic abilities and social skills and learn the value of a positive attitude and perseverance.
