Gymnastics - Level 1

There are so many benefits to gymnastics, we hardly know where to begin. Some experts say it’s the physical gains that are most apparent: the amazing strength, balance and grace. Others insist that the greatest benefits are those of the mind: the attention to detail, the confidence and the improved concentration. 

 

Which is right? If you ask us, both! 

 

Our gymnastics program teaches the sport in a non-competitive, safe, and upbeat atmosphere. Trained coaches and personalized attention ensure that each student not only succeeds, but feels the victory of every accomplishment.

 

Our Level 1 Gymnastics classes are geared toward both those who are new to Gymies and those who are working towards their Level 2 requirements.

Gymnastics - Level 2

If you’re here, you’re ready to take your gymnastics training to the next level!

 

Once you've mastered the fundamentals, including a roundoff, backbend, and kickover, our coaches will give you the go-ahead to move on to more advanced skills. In Level 2 Gymnastics, you’ll learn advanced tumbling movements such as roundoff back handspring, back tucks, front tucks, back handspring combinations, and loads of other intensive combos!


Gymnastics Level 2 Prerequisites: 

  • Roundoff
  • Backbend 
  • Backbend Kickover
